The spur trail to Indian
Springs leads to cool, fresh water, and sometimes lilies in
bloom.
This is a moderately steep
climb to the base of Castle Dome. There are grand views of
nearby Mount Shasta.
Note: On the
topographic map, the USGS/USFS used black lines to represent
medium-duty paved roads in the forest. This is not a
symbol listed in Topographic Map Symbols.
